Employee Training

All managers, supervisory foreman and field personnel of Testa Corporation's have completed the OSHA construction safety training course. Welders, crane operators, and others are required to achieve certifications in their specialties, and each employee has the opportunity to take courses and receive certifications. Testa holds regular toolbox meetings and often brings in outside experts to provide training in areas such as trenching, underground utilities, underground storage tank management, and demolition techniques.
