From the removal of existing structures to the final paving of new roadways, our company can handle every aspect of a site development job, eliminating the need for an owner to contract with a number of different firms in varying disciplines. Testa's fleet of Earth-moving vehicles - which includes 12 pieces of equipment in excess of 100,000 pounds, 4 in excess of 120,000 pounds, and 6 over 225,000 pounds - makes us the largest operators of large excavators in the US.

With Testa Corporation's 30 years of experience behind them, our Project Managers and professional construction teams will consult with clients on design and engineering issues, perform excavation work, build up land as needed, place drainage and utilities, and perform footing and foundation construction work. Services also include landscaping, curb placement, lighting installation, asphalt paving, line painting, and facilities management.

Utilities
We have a great deal of experience with the installation of utilities, and can perform virtually any work in this area. The company has considerable experience in this field, including light and heavy power lines (buried or overhead), water and sewer lines, aqueducts, substations, and drainage systems.

Excavation
Testa Corporation specializes in excavation projects where structural footing and members are buried underground. Services in this area include soil removal, backfill, stone and rock removal, and projects involving glacial till or heavy clay. Debris is removed while excavation continues, keeping the project moving and making sure the site is ready for the next phase.
